Took me a while but I got the Hyper Mega Launcher looking mostly how I wanted it to.

Finished the weapons. Still other stuff needs doing but I gotta work so it's bedtime.
That pose is about as dynamic as Zeta gets for me, every time I let go it sags drunkenly and drops his rifle like it's being piloted by Kamille at the end of Zeta...

Then I decided this ancient thing needed a proper paint-up so I tore it back apart, shaded it, got annoyed with my own shading, then primed everything white or grey. Currently it is sitting there mocking me as I attempt to get motivated to work on it further.

Then I got a bit annoyed with my intent to preshade and just started spraying colors. I would say I'm being lazy or fickle but honestly I think it would be better if I just finish something. I haven't worked on anything since before Jaxcon back in February. The light blue and red got sprayed before I went to bed. Tonight I'll spray the rest. I'm using vallejos which are proving to be really annoying in my airbrush. I feel the hue I used for the light blue is a little drab, and so is the red, but I'm going to spray the rest and see how it all looks together.

I did stuff to it!
I finished the colors and did lining with tamiya panel line grey, used some black as well, decals and dry transfers.
All that's left is flat-coating and tearing apart my house to locate the beam rifle...

So most of the state is losing their minds because of this stupidly named hurricane, and meanwhile I spent most of my day sticking decals on a cartoon robot. Yeah, the markings are pretty random and asymmetrical but I like it. I couldn't find any kind of decal map, these are the 2.0 decals, I've got the original kit from the 90s, I just stuck things in places it seemed like it should go lol. Since I wasn't ever able to locate the original armament, Erin gave me a droid gun we found, I'm gonna modify it to have a longer barrel and to have an ECAP sitting on top somewhere.
