Scott I have been looking for some time. I think the words decent and cheap are mutually exclusive in this case.

The best priced one is the MicroMark one. It's cheap compared to others.

I've been wanting to pick one up as well.

MicroMark : $39.95 | 9 punches | 1 to 5 mm (0.39 to 0.197)

Waldron: $48.00 | 6 punches | 0.063, 0.058, 0.053, 0.048, 0.043, 0.038, 0.033, 0.028, 0.023, 0.018 inch

Looks like the MM version is the better deal but I wonder about quality. Waldron has a reputation for making a good punch and die set.

Phil, who did the stunning Friendship 7 http://www.starshipmodeler.net/talk/vie ... hp?t=73779 has the MM one and loves it. Which is why I picked on up.

And it was on sale @ MM.

The Waldron seems more for smaller scales (1/48-1/72) and since I'm largely 1/20 the MM works fine for me.
